Synopsis
Black towers appear across Earth, and only a small number of people awaken as Players. Bong Juhyeok, a timid part-timer who avoids danger whenever he can, expects to remain an ordinary bystander. Instead, he awakens just as he is about to eat instant noodles. His trait is Summoning, and its first surprise is that he can call a human ally even outside the Tower, where skills are normally disabled. Rather than reinventing himself as a fearless frontline fighter, Juhyeok tries to climb by choosing his summons carefully, protecting his own skin, and letting better-equipped companions handle the worst of the danger.
The joke is built into the hero's survival plan: Bong Juhyeok has an extraordinary awakening but retains an ordinary person's instinct to stay alive. His summon roster brings capable and often eccentric companions into situations he would never face alone. Tower progression therefore plays out through cautious decisions, the quirks of his allies, and the contrast between the dangers of a Player's life and the protagonist's preference for safety and comfort.
